The statistics are in!   ...For Winston Salem NC Triad Home Values ... and they prove that home values remain strong!  For Winston Salem, Greensboro and High Point, North Carolina, our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is saying that since 2007 to today, home sales are down, but the values are still holding strong.
