Now is the time to buy a home in the Winston Salem, NC area and surrounding communities! Okay, I'm preaching to the choir. But look at it from this point. What can you purchase now with a $5,000 or $10,000 down payment that would grow as much as any other investment? A car, an Airplane,

a boat, a camper, Stocks? I don't think so, Ethel. Homes for sale in Winston Salem have been prepped, primed and painted! Beautifully staged and are looking great! ...all just for your visit! ...as Buyers!
Look at it this way. If you put $10,000 down on a $175,000 home for sale in Winston Salem and that home's value increases to $195,000 after a couple of years, you will have an equity position of $30,000! That's a 33% increase in your investment. Doing this in the Winston Salem and greater Triad region where prices are pretty much holding their own during the country's economic slump, you've made a great investment! And that's just the start.
